NOTICE TO SEAL COAT ASPHALT OF (9) PARKING AREAS - OCT 2015

****NOTICE TO SEAL COAT ASPHALT OF (9) PARKING AREAS****

TO:: All MVP Homeowners, Realtors, Local Contacts, etc…

In October of this year, 2015, project to Seal Coat asphalt of (9) parking areas will begin. Work is tentatively scheduled to begin as early as Tuesday October 13, 2015 but, no later than Monday October 19, 2015. All areas should be completed within three (3) to four (4) weeks (weather permitting and subject to change at a moment’s notice). All (9) areas will be divided within this 3 – 4 week time period. Flyers will be issued to residents once we have more definitive dates to start.

When a particular area is being worked on, ALL vehicles registered or parking in area MUST relocate to a designated area (to be determined) on property or BE TOWED at registered MVP vehicle owner’s expense. Relocation from each area will be for approximately 36 hours allowing time for proper curing and to paint stripe all stalls.

If you plan to be away during mid October thru mid November then please make arrangements to have your car relocated for Seal Coating project to avoid any towing fees. If you are currently residing on the mainland and don’t already have a local contact / agent who could move your car (assuming it is here on property) then it is strongly recommended that you find someone trust worthy for you to mail/give your car keys to whom could relocate your vehicle during said time period; be sure we get your local contacts name and a reliable contact phone number at which we may call them with exact date of work in your area. Also, please update us with any current contact information you would like us to update in our database for your unit file. Please note: MVP Management or Security will not accept any vehicle keys for relocation, YOU MUST GET A LOCAL CONTACT to assist you if not already done so or relocate vehicle yourself.
