HO6 Resolution Passed – Proof of Insurance Due
We’re thrilled to announce the successful passage of the HO6 insurance resolution—a significant achievement benefiting our entire community. To ensure seamless implementation, we kindly request every owner to submit their “proof of insurance” by August 1st.
If you haven’t already, please obtain a copy of your insurance from your provider and email it to HO6@insuringhawaii.com and chester@touchstoneproperties-hawaii.com. Also, you may want to have your insurance company add Insurance Associates as additional interest on your policy so that they receive it yearly.

Our ongoing efforts to enhance our election procedure bylaws are in full swing. We invite all owners who haven’t yet submitted their votes to participate and help shape a more representative and community-driven election process. We’re committed to enhancing your living experience here at MVP. We’re currently exploring options to upgrade or replace our hot water heater system to provide you with better comfort and efficiency. Keep an eye out for updates as we strive to elevate our community’s amenities.

Let’s maintain the harmony and beauty of our community by looking out for one another. Remember, we have strict guidelines in place for pet owners to clean up after their furry companions.
